TACKLING DRUG CRIME

It's time to focus on the growing drug abuse problem in our community. Chuck will not only make real and lasting rehabilitation services available to those that have suffered from addiction, but he will also actively seek out those who bring dangerous and unlawful drugs into our community and punish them to the fullest extent of the law.

REFORMING JUVENILE JUSTICE

Chuck will take a modern approach to juvenile justice.  We have far too many young and capable children getting into trouble and then slipping through the cracks. Together, we must increase access to programs that offer an alternative to the standard options of community service and juvenile detention. When young people encounter the judicial system, we must give them every opportunity to grow, mature, and avoid the revolving door of crime.

SUPPORTING SCHUYLER COUNTY

Chuck will bring his years of experience serving as a municipal attorney to the table. He is uniquely qualified to advise our county board and other municipal groups on a wide range of issues facing our community. Chuck will help draft and uphold meaningful and impactful local ordinances that will improve our county. Just as important, he will provide all the resources necessary to ensure our elected officials are able to do their job to the best of their ability.
